Thank you for your interest in my firm. As a matter of introduction, I have practiced trial law in San Antonio and throughout the State of Texas since 1982, having tried over 160 cases to verdict. I invite you to review my accomplishments and professional credentials. I am most proud of the high ratings provided by my peers.

My firm is different from most law firms. I am a solo practitioner. If you give me the honor of representing you and your family, I will be directly involved from the first meeting to final resolution of your case. My approach is that the client and I work throughout the case as a team, communicating regularly and discussing strategy every step of the way. I will be accessible to you at any time. Additionally, I do not maintain a high-volume practice--if I accept your case, I will have adequate time to properly develop it in depth, aggressively and professionally.

This approach to the practice of law has resulted in several verdicts in excess of $1,000,000.00 along with several multimillion dollar settlements. Collectively, my clients have received over $50,000,000.00 in net recovery. I will try each and every case in which an adequate settlement proposal is not received.

In conclusion, I represent individuals and families in all areas of personal injury law and am well-versed in family law and probate (wills and estates). I would be delighted to discuss your case.
